"Buffy" Red, Copper & White Female, DOB 1 December 1998 Full Dention, Eyes Clear, 19.5" Hips & Elbows - TBA Photo Pedigree Buffy is the pick girl from the Thief Litter. This litter was bred to produce a sound bitch to continue the Silvanwood line. Buffy is an incredibly sound young aussie with excellent shoulder and rear structure. Known as Piglet as a baby due to the fact that she was the biggest, fattest baby in her litter she has grown into a lovely teenager. Buffy is very athletic, active and enthusiastic. An over the top personality has made showing her very interesting indeed!! As a young adult Buffy has done brilliantly at Specialty shows taking Puppy in Show at the inaugural Vic Specialty show, Junior in Show at the 2000 NSW Specialty Show and topping all of this with Reserve Challenge Bitch at the 2000 Qld Specialty Show when only just into Intermediate. She truly is a bitch of superb movement and style. Shown only one weekend as a baby puppy she was awarded Baby Puppy in Group by Mr Friedlander of the Philippines. Left at home during the next five months due to the puppies at home and Kate being overseas and interstate she kept growing in balance. Returning to the show ring in August 1999 has been a hair raising experience for her handlers. Buffy is very active and finds standing still a great challenge. Having dogs in front and behind her is of great interest and those judges are very remiss in not providing food. Despite this she has acquitted herself well winning her classes and on her third weekend back in the ring she returned home with the bitch challenge on both days! Mr. G Archer (NSW) and Mr. Bennett (NZ) both liked what they saw and were prepared to give this 9 month old girl the points over older and titled stock.
